There are a variety of situations that can result in a dropped call. The most common are geography, building composition, extreme weather, network capacity and physical damage to the handset. If dropped calls persist on a regular basis, it is recommended that you contact us so that we can submit a trouble ticket to determine the cause. Below is the information you will need to provide.
- The number that was called.
- The physical location/address of you and the number you were calling at the time of the drop.
- Time and Date of the call.
- The cellular carrier or landline provider of the number you were calling.
Due to the large volume of call records, it is important to contact us within 48 hours of the dropped call. Lastly, more than one example is preferred if possible.
