NORTHWESTCELL ANDROID CUSTOMER INFORMATION GUIDE FOR VOICEMAIL UPDATE THE EVENING OF 8/9/17
ANDROID CUSTOMERS: Our vendor is doing a voicemail update which will require you to download a new app from the Google Play store in order to receive your visual voicemail. You can download the new app at any time. You will continue to access your messages in the current Voicemail app (VVM) until the update has completed the evening of 8/9/17. Then, you will need to access your voicemail from the new app, which is called NorthwestCell Visual Voicemail.

After the update, your voicemail will no longer be delivered to the old VVM app, so please be sure you have downloaded the new app, NorthwestCell Visual Voicemail prior to the update.
The NorthwestCell voicemail system is used for receiving and delivering voicemail messages, but is not a safe repository for those messages. We encourage you to always forward important messages you want to store for safekeeping to an e-mail.
